It is not the market it use to be where you put a sign in the yard and the property got sold almost as quickly.  The foreclosures are at an all time high.  Just pick any day of the week and read the newspaper and dread all the negative bad news and awful predictions for our economy.

There IS money available for home loans, There ARE buyers buying and houses selling.  It is a matter of the right agent doing the right thing for the consumer... that is getting these properties sold.
